Our Mission
The mission is to end the stigma surrounding pregnant women and mothers with children who struggle with addiction. We offer a compassionate supportive environment where women can seek recovery, rebuild their lives, and thrive.
Our Team

Tory Queensley
Co-Founder
Tory stands at the intersection of lived grit and clinical precision, shaping change in the Fargo–Moorhead recovery community with equal parts compassion, strategy, and unapologetic force. For seven years, she has served in the recovery community. Her presence started like anyone else's who had the desire to stop using drugs. Attending meetings, serving on committees, and providing mentorship to those in need.
Today, with dual Nursing degrees and a specialization in Behavioral Mental Health, Tory blends evidence-based practice with real-world resilience. To build something from the core of vulnerability to shift into generational strength and change. Her approach is sharp, human-centered, and future-focused, cutting through stigma to deliver support that is both practical and deeply transformative.
As a founder of EmpowerHer, she is building more than a service — she is fueling a movement rooted in unity, dignity, and the belief that every woman deserves the tools and the community to rise. Tory leads with conviction and vision, carrying the rare balance of strength and empathy required to drive long-term change. Her passion in this work reflects a simple truth: when mothers heal, families strengthen, and entire communities shift.
